The Municipality of Bantayan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Brief Description : Engine: 4 cylinder, direct injection, displacement 4000 cc, turbo intercooler, torque 420N- m/1,600rpm; Weight: gross – 5820 kg, payload 3,500 kg, curb weight 3,325 kg, fuel tank 110 liters; Transmission – 5 speed manual; Dimension – (LxWxH): 17ft x 7ft inch(dropside); Brakes – Dual Circuit Pneumatic Drum Brake System, Suspension – front- longitudinal elliptical leaf spring non independent suspension hydraulic dual acting telescopic shock absorber, rear – longitudinal elliptical spring non independent suspension with auxiliary leaf spring, hydraulic dual acting telescopic shock absorber; Steering – gear type recirculating ball power steering

Delivery Period : Within 15 days after receipt of PO
Prospective bidders should have an experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The Eligibility Check/Screening shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and the GPRA Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations.
