INVITATION TO BID

 
The Municipality of Bantayan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

 

Name of Project   :  CATERING SERVICES FOR 300 PERSONS FOR THE PERIOD AUGUST 10 – 14,

                                         2011 IN MANDAUE CITY

Location                    :  Mandaue City Central Elementary School, Mandaue City & Bantayan, Cebu

Brief Description :  Three (3) meals (2 courses, unlimited rice & drinking water) a day with

                                        morning & afternoon snacks

Approved Budget      :  Php210,000.00

Delivery Period    :  August 10 to 14, 2011

 

Prospective bidders should have an experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The Eligibility Check/Screening shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

 
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and the GPRA Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations.
