INVITATION TO BID
The Municipality of Bantayan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Brief Description : ACU – Window Type – 30 units, wall mounted – 2 units, floor mounted -
5 units, installation included
Approved Budget : Php 998,000.00
for the Contract
Source of Fund : General Fund - Continuing Appropriations, 2011 Supplemental Budget No. 1
Delivery Period : Within 15 days after receipt of PO
Prospective bidders should have an experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract. The Eligibility Check/Screening shall use non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and the GPRA Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations.
