INVITATION TO BID
The Municipality of Bantayan through its Bids and Awards Committee invites Constructors registered with and Classified by the Phil. Constructors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to bid for the contract:

Location : Mun Govt Center, Bantayan, Cebu
Brief Description : Plastering Works (7.13%), Ceiling Works (11.44%), Doors and Windows (39.86%),
Tileworks (28.45%), Electrical Works (5.41%), Painting (Surface Prep/Primer Coating)
Approved Budget
for the Contract : Php 4,000,000.00
Contract Duration : Ninety (90) Calendar Days
Prospective bidders should posses a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed at least one (1) similar contract & whose value must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC within the last ten (10) years, and have key personnel and equipments available for the prosecution of the contract. The Bids and Awards Committee will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility check/Screening. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated and responsive bid.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statements and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and the
GPRA Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations.

The BAC will issue Bidding Documents including Plans and Specification to prospective bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of three thousand five hundred pesos only (Php20,000.00) to the Municipal Treasury Office.
The Municipality of Bantayan assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids and, reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any defect or informality in the bids, declare a failure of bidding or not to award the contract.
